DELIVERY:
La Poste:
We have standard delivery by La Poste, to your home or office. Delivery is within 2 or 3 working days. Delivery is free from 70€ of purchase by Upper socks, available in EU and most countries of the World.
UPS - FEDEX:
For all orders after 2pm, receive your package the next day. Your package will be delivered to your home or the Post Office. This service cost's depends on the destination and the weight of the parcel. for delivery within 24-48 hours. Please contact us if you have a special request.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:
All goods must be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
To return an article, please log on to your account and follow the prompts on the website: “Order history – returns” then follow instructions. Our customer service is also available via telephone at +33 (0)9 72 39 87 64 from Monday to Friday from 9.30am - 18.30pm
Once we have received you request, we will send you an authorization of return.
All returns that have not followed this procedure will not be treated.
Terms of Exchange
Once you have received the permission to exchange (the goods) you can return it in its original packing.

Note: all return will be done according to the customer’s responsiblility. We advise you to do a follow up on the package. The postal fees will be under the customer’s charges however the fees to return the exchanged products to the customer will be taken care by us.
Terms of Refund
On receipt of the goods returned in perfect condition and with unworn, Upper socks will proceed to make the refund via your Credit Card within 15 days.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
Only the good returned in perfect condition and unworn will be accepted. The original packing must be intact and not torn, including all labels.
